Step 1: Fill in form fields as shown in the example

Step 2: Choose contact fields, work info, demographics, etc.

Step 3: After saving, your QR form will be generated

Step 4: Share the short URL or download the QR code

Step 5: You can edit or update QR form fields easily

Step 6: View all deleted QR forms under Deleted tab

All data collected will be stored in your dashboard under Customer Lead Table. You can view, and follow-up directly from the system.
