Create Forms

Go to the left side of the sidebar menu and click on Create Form. Fill the title of the form, fill the subtitle of the form by clicking on the check box and fill the fields of the form. Occupation, qualification, upload photo have been added in the updated version. Select the form fields and click on Form Create button. After that your form will be ready

Then Click on Continue Button

When you click on the Continue button. Similarly, you will be redirected to the QR Code Generator page. Where you have to enter the URL and click on generate button.

When you click on the Generator QR Code button, the short URL button will appear. In which you have to click on the short URL button.

As soon as you click on the short URL button, your short URL is generated as well as your QR code is also generated like this.
