As our products are delivered digitally, returns are not possible once the product has been accessed or downloaded. Refunds are only granted in exceptional cases, such as:

• The product has major technical flaws that make it unusable, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.

If you encounter any problems with the digital asset, please contact us within 7 days of purchase, providing your order details and a description of the issue. Our team will evaluate your request and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days, and the funds will be returned to your original payment method. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse refund requests in cases where the product was accessed, used, or downloaded as intended.
