Form Management

All active QR Code Forms will show all active forms. Admin has the ability to download, delete, and erase that form.

When admin clicks on deactivate button. The form then gets deactivated. admin can activate the form by clicking on the Activate button. admin can delete the form by clicking on the delete button. Once the form is deleted, the form cannot be activated again.
