Database Server Requirement

• Server: Localhost via UNIX socket
• Server type: MySQL
• Server version: 10

WEB server Requirement

• PHP version: 8.1

Installation

FTP Upload

• Download the zip file from ThemeForest and unzip it
• Access your server via FTP or SFTP

Upload files to a website in my Linux Hosting account

You can use the built-in File Manager on the Go Daddy account website to browse and upload files to the hosting server. Once you've uploaded your website to the server, your pages and files are available for the public to view and access.

Authentication

Change Credentials

To change the credentials, open the admin-panel folder inside the form-pack folder and find the login.php web page and change your username and password.

Form Title Description

If you want to change the short title, short description, long title, long description, icons, and image of the form go to admin-pannel dashboard, you can customize them as per your preference.

You'll see an updated form with your edits after completing these steps. To the best of our knowledge, we have adopted web-lead-template-light.

Copy Link

Copied the code & paste it in your body tag. Please note that the Form Pack functionality only works with files having a .PHP extension.

To integrate the following web forms: default-form.php, inquiry-form-dark.php, inquiry-form-light.php, page-load-full-background-popup-form.php, page-load-optin-form.php, top-strip-bounce-in-down.php, web-lead-template-dark.php, and web-lead-template-light.php follow these steps:

• Access the admin panel of your website.
• Locate the desired form and click the "Copy to clipboard" button next to the form's link.
• The form code will be copied to your clipboard.
• Paste the copied code into the appropriate section of your web page where you want the form to appear.
